The 35th IEEE International Symposium on Computer Architecture and High Performance Computing (SBAC-PAD 2023) will have two social events to promote the interaction between the participants.
The cocktail and dinner are an excellent opportunity to meet other participants, exchange ideas, and enjoy the local culture. More details about each event are provided below.
The conference cocktail will be held at the Science and Technology Museum of PUCRS, during the 1st night of the event.
The Science and Technology Museum of PUCRS is a space for the dissemination of science and technology, with interactive and multimedia exhibits, which allow visitors to explore the world of science and technology in a fun and educational way. The museum is located in the same building as the conference venue.
The cocktail is included for all registrations.
The conference dinner will be held at the Veleiros do Sul, during the 3rd night of the event.
The Veleiros do Sul is a yacht club located on the shores of the Guaíba River, in the city of Porto Alegre. The club has a privileged view of the Guaíba River and the sunset, which is considered one of the most beautiful in the world. The club is located 10 km from the conference venue and there will be transportation available for the participants, according to the schedule available here.
The dinner is not included for registrations with discount to brazilians. In this case, it must be purchased separately at the registration desk. The remaining registration categories include the dinner.
